The 2024 Roux Fest saw more than 62 teams battling for top honors in a celebration of community, camaraderie, and culinary excellence. 2025's event promises to be even more exciting, continuing its tradition of supporting a local charity in Acadiana while advancing Lagcoe's mission to connect people and strengthen the energy industry and community ties.
