Louisiana Partners Announce, “Middle East Export Opportunities in Oil and Gas” Event

Lafayette, La. — [September 8, 2025] Lagcoe, Louisiana Economic Development (LED), and the Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA), are partnering to present Middle East Export Opportunities in Oil and Gas, a half-day program designed to help Louisiana energy companies expand into Middle Eastern markets.

The event will take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Petroleum Club of Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana. Registration is free and open to Louisiana energy and oil & gas companies interested in international trade.

Program highlights include:

• Export procedures and compliance for the Middle East
• Cultural nuances of doing business in the region
• Success stories from Louisiana companies
• Strategies for generating international leads and maximizing trade show investments
• State and local incentives to support exporters

“Louisiana’s energy companies have the expertise and innovation the world needs,” said Fumy Rita, Executive Director of Lagcoe. “This event is about giving them the cultural insight, practical tools, and support to seize opportunities in the Middle East.”
