2024 has been a transformative year for Lagcoe, filled with impactful programs, innovative events, and expanded global outreach. This year, we continued to position Lagcoe as a leading force in the energy industry, connecting professionals, inspiring future leaders, and fostering community engagement.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Through our Little Energizers program, we introduced children to the wonders of STEM and the energy industry, sparking curiosity and excitement. Thanks to the generosity of the Stuller Foundation, Pinhook Foundation, and LEDA, we expanded this program to reach even more students and educators. The joy on children’s faces as they discovered new possibilities reminds us why this work is so important.

Innovating and Reviving Events

This year, we introduced Roux Fest, a signature community event that celebrated Louisiana’s culture while supporting the Alyse Naquin Foundation. We also revived the beloved Clay Classic, which helps fund our educational initiatives. Additionally, our annual Golf Tournament remained a staple in bringing our supporters together to network and contribute to Lagcoe’s mission.

Expanding Our Reach Globally

Lagcoe’s international presence reached new heights in 2024. Representing Lagcoe at ADIPEC, OTC, and during a mission to Saudi Arabia allowed us to strengthen relationships, showcase our initiatives, and expand our network on the global stage. These efforts have solidified our reputation as a global catalyst in the energy sector.

Organizational Growth and Milestones

This year, we celebrated a major milestone with the Professionals of Lagcoe achieving 501(c)(3) status. This designation opens doors to new grant and donation opportunities, further enhancing our ability to support educational and workforce development initiatives. We also invested in technology and office upgrades to ensure Lagcoe operates with efficiency and excellence, reflecting the professionalism we bring to the energy industry.
