Foreman served as part of Lagcoe executive committee in 1983 - 1987. He was the COO of Oil Properties before starting his company Lafayette Well Service. He was a committed volunteer to Lagcoe and took active part with other Lagcoe volunteers and professionals to ensure that Lagcoe events were planned and executed. Foreman's contributions earned him the Lagcoe Looey title.
