Cajundome & Convention Center Clear Bag Policy

When coming to our show, you are allowed to bring: 

• Gallon size clear plastic storage bag.
• Clear bag equal to or smaller than 12" x 12" x 6" 
• A clutch or purse smaller than 6.5" x 4.5"
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items.
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult.

Any other type of purse, backpack, fanny pack, mesh bag, or any bag larger than the permissible sizes mentioned above is prohibited. Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted. But no worries, we will have Energy Fest expo bags for you.

Parking 

Located approximately 2.5 miles from Interstate 10, the Cajundome Convention Center is located at 444 Cajundome Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70506. Our show is from October 19-21. Every day, registration starts at 8 a.m., but the show floor opens at 9 a.m.

Permission Required to Photograph or Videotape

We will have the latest technology, innovation, and entertainment on our show floor. Please be considerate of exhibitors and ask if you can photograph their equipment.! Photographers and videographers are required to ask permission before filming and must refrain from filming equipment or those who do not grant permission.
